The drought continues
Viktor Ruban defeated Park Kyung-Mo to win the men's individual Olympic gold medal the South Korean individual medal drought continues. Bair Badenov of Russia won the bronze medal.

Zhang dethrones Park
Zhang Juan Juan of China dethroned defending Olympic champ Park Sung-Hyun of South Korea, 110-109 for the women's individual gold medal. It is the first non-South Korean women's individual gold medal since 1980.

Wunderle wunderful
Vic Wunderle remains the only American left in the Olympic Games, advancing to the Round of 1/8. Wunderle will face the best archer in the world, South Korean Im Dong-Hyun, who took down American Butch Johnson in impressive fashion.

American Lorig leaps to Round of 1/8
South Korea's top-seeded trio of Park Sung-hyun, Yun Ok-hee and Joo Hyun-jung coasted through the first two rounds of the Olympic women's archery tournament on Tuesday. U.S. archer Khatuna Lorig also advanced.

Korean men win gold again
South Korea has taken the gold medal in the Olympic men's team archery competition, matching the feat of its women a day earlier. South Korea defeated Italy 227-225 for the gold.
